Auto aim on PC

I am currently playing monk lv 58 on kbm, and the worst experience I have had with combat was auto aim ... even when I have cursor on some other monster auto aim does whatever it wants and focuses closest enemy :/ and especially when I put down a "tempest bell" it sucks, I am trying to focus the bell and instead the auto aim focuses the enemy. I would like to be able to turn off the auto aim.

+1 forced auto aim is a tragedy
Agreed I would at least like the option to turn off auto aim and just have my abilities target my mouse cursor.
This is a good suggestion.

Playing controller on pc and I'm having a lot of issues with auto aim pulling my attacks out of intended target.
+1 to remove forced auto-aim
Yes, please make auto aim optional.

It's crazy because my friend on PS5 will auto-target the bell whenever it's out, but my character does everything it can to avoid hitting it.

Evasion skills are also worthless when my characters uses them to dive into a horde of mobs instead of using them in the direction I click.

I have noticed this is especially bad on boss fights that summon adds, when the adds are gone I have trouble getting it to focus on the boss again even though he is the only one in the room. Noticed most frequently when the count transitions into wolf mode and summons small wolves. after small wolves are gone I seem to be aiming at the ceiling, or up on the railing of the arena instead of the only monster in the rooom.
+1 Please give us option to turn off in settings.
+1 please give us the option to turn off aim assist.

Playing as monk is very annoying in most of the cases. The bell plays an important roll in monk's damage. The damage window when fighting boss is very small and missing the bell aint fun when you aint even allowed to hit it.

It's the same when surrounded by mods. The bell or evasion skill can save lives when we are allowed to hit the bell or just jump out on the direction we want, not the direction the aim assist thinks we want.
True, sometimes hitting the bell is hard, not ideal.
