Keeps happening to me as well. Happens when she does her immunity phase and flys up to either do poison spears or circles.

napuatzi gets blocked, still attacks but can't be attacked. her attacks don't do damage besides the poison pool.

When the guards step in i got stuck 2 times, while stuck in the guard line boss can target me but 90% of damage just miss , what is interesting the aoe spells deal no damage while prejectiles hit. Can't dodge out of the line or move. Also a tip, if you get stuck you can just use repawn at checkpoint insead of turning the game off.

There are now a huge amounts of threads and bug requests for this issue.
I'm myself stuck in the legionaries as well, exit and log in does not help. Would be nice with an update from the devs when this game breaking bug will be patched. Not sure if this was fixed yet, but at least before the latest patch I had this issue many times: if you use Frost Wall on Viper Napuatzi too much when she's close to the walls of soldiers, she will sometimes get pushed behind the soldiers and won't be able to damage the player but will still take damage. She does unbug after a while - usually when casting the Arakaali's Sting skill -, but stays bugged for at least a minute.
