cannot acces endgame content

if anyone occurs this issue, i found a way to fix it
1. Logout, change to any other server
2. Go to ziggurat refuge past
3. Interact with the map device there

+1 , try the fix from previous post - not working either

Edit: its working with change the instance. but make sure you are on different instance cause I was in Frankfurt realm, change to Milan but it keep the instance in Frankfurt. So instead changeto Amsterdam and it works

Same doesn't work for me.
I switched server to NZ and it works now, but with terrible lag

Selecting endgame from the map and trying to click on player icon/base doesn't work. You need to click on "The ziggurate refuge (past)" on cruel act 3 map to enter endgame. What a headache that was lol

This works, but it's pretty unplayable with so much ping. I just want my ascendancy points.
