POE2 Win11 24H2 Crashes - Constant crashing, >100% CPU usage, and more

Have a laptop that is on 23h2 almost identical specs AND 0 CRASHES
24h2 on main pc crashes almost every other zone, gonna install 23h2 and hopefully it fixes it
To anyone have this crash, i too used to have this too, i use win 11 with 24h2 update, tried to roll back to 23h2 but it only let me tab out so i dont need to hard reset my pc. try everythings like reinstall window, game, setting ect, no work.
At the end i copy some needed files to usb and hard reinstall win 11 ( here i mean format all ssd and fresh install) and install without internet ( you can search google for how to do it when it ask you to connect internet), update and install all driver, nvidia app, then install game again, and SUPRISE i didnt get freeze anymore (there is still sometimes it freeze but when i tab out and wait 1-2s and back to game, it running again)
It still have some bug like sometimes when afk too long and tab out wo browser, it logout me to login screen, or even worst - it auto shut down game. But still, not freeze is good enough for me

Bumping this and wondering if there has been any updates or a fix in the works.
everytime it starts crashing again i have to run once PackCheck.exe
this fixed every crash loops sofar. and it would only start normal again after running this.
it would allways find issues like

/Bundles2/Streaming/Content/data/worldareas hash isn't in sync, repaired
/Bundles2/Streaming/Content/data hash isn't in sync, repaired
/Bundles2/Streaming/Content hash isn't in sync, repaired

I disable Multithreading in game before zone transitions. This is the only thing that helped me.
