Same problem on Frankfurt EU. Was my first map and was going nuts on why it wouldn't work until I found this.
Switching to Milan fixed it for now. Edit: just lost a map to stun bullshit and now milan also won't work anymore. guess no endgame for me. Last edited by vaizard27#1157 on Dec 9, 2024, 7:53:34 AM

Same issue, it seems like this is related to specific instances from Ziggurat Refuge. Asked a friend to teleport to Ziggurat Refuge. He landed on a different instance and I was able to join him and use the Map Device there myself.
However, whenever I opened a map and tried to enter one of the 6 Map Gates, I would immediately crash on the loading screen :D Retried this a few times and I keep crashing. I play in Sao Paulo server, btw. Edit: Joined an instance in a different Gateway (Texas) and I was able to play, but as you would expect, with a lot of ping. Rejoining Sao Paulo keeps landing me on a bugged Instance where I cannot open the Map Device. Last edited by vegasz#5905 on Dec 9, 2024, 7:41:31 AM

Same problem, changing server seems to make it work once then it fails again after that map.
