POE2 can't access the map device

cant get back to the map device after i did a trade,.
how to fix ?

Just died in HCssf and also cannot interact with the map device on any server. Cannot even create new instance of the ziggurat encampment (past) as has been suggested. Based on how long this one's been going on I'm guessing I'm shelfing this toon for awhile.
