Trial of Sekhema - Can't activate death crystal with controller due to autotargeting enemies

On controller, if there are any enemies around you are unable to interact with items or in game UI elements. In the case of death crystals, this is basically an automatic trial fail if you have any monsters around when you're trying to disable a crystal due to the tight time constraints.

I noticed this too, making it difficult to complete the trail.
Same issue. This is super frustrating since I can clear many of the other trials but this is an auto fail for me.
Trying to figure a way around it. Really want to ascend.

FOUND A WORK AROUND

I found a way to get around the bug, but I still think it IS a bug/should be addressed:

- "Interact" is auto-bound to A (I'm using an Elite controller).

- The A button also, likely, has an ability in its slot, with the "interact" icon above said bound ability, but the hand icon is smaller.

- If you bind "interact" to a controller button that has NO OTHER ABILITY slotted, (I used LT + A), then the triggering of the Crystals will work.

- To clarify, when I slot "interact" by itself, the hand icon is the only icon showing in said slot and should remove the annoyance of not prioritizing interact over the ability in the trials.


STILL FIX IT

It sucks we have to take up an entire ability slot just for "interact" to work during these trials, but yeah. That's the current work-around.
died 2 times in a row because of that shit.
possible solution could be:
GGG, MAKE AUTO-ACTIVATION for crystals when you run close enough to them!!
