[Act 3] River Hags are overtuned

Yeah, these are absolutely ridiculous and overtuned. Miserable to deal with as melee as a monk.

And to the guy saying "just kill them forehead", you're a jerk, hard to kill one let alone two or three in a pack while you're getting slowed to 90% and having to deal with the insane ability for mobs to bodyblock you.
+1, although the only thing I'd add is for the water spiral to have an AOE telegraph before it drops on you. Right now if I'm not mistaken it just suddenly spawns on top of you with no warning, and that feels so bad. No way to counterplay.
kinda cool mob, thematically good. BUT. I have to agree with what everyone has already stated, they're far too powerful, especially when combined with mobs that get in the way of you and the hag.

Absolutely this. Had three spawn around my Warrior and got completely annihilated in seconds, 3-4 globes, 3 vortexes so I couldn't move around at all. Quite "literally" the most broken mobs that I've encountered in the game.

Had 5 deaths getting into Act 3 and throughout... Ended up with 9 by the time I left The Drowned City lol.
Yeah, just reached them as melee.

Had 3 following me, by the moment i got through their energy shield a orb would spawn forcing me away making them effectively unkillable.

dude my cold res is at like 65% and i routinely get frozen midair while trying to leap slam away from them. this hill is not worth it.
I think their abilities just need a longer cooldown. They have two abilities that in combination are just too much for THIS particular mob. Maybe it would be appropriate for a boss fight, but the run of the mill hags shouldn't be this strong.
As a monk who is wearing Wanderlust (immunne to slows) they still feel like one of the most lethal mobs in the game.
GGG shouldn't avoid how awful this River Hags are doing one shot mechanics against players. They want us dodge, dodge, dodge... I'm ok with it but in many enemy while fighting they are just sneaky doing ranged one shot "drown" mechanics to not let you get enough miliseconds to dodge. Tanky builds even cannot do anything against it.

Let's say ok, one shot we must die no matter what but in maps we have 1 life to progress / try and this mob is killing entire thing. I can dodge and survive most of the dangerous enemy abilities except this one is too sneaky and spammy on our characters. I prefer to challange things I can see clearly in front of me not against a sneaky enemy ability that you cannot see the animations. Escepially tight corners, walls prevent you to see them. Also slow animation skills also make you a lot vulnurable against this kind of enemy. I pitty melee classes while they complain a lot and I was a caster having this issue :)
