[POE2] Long loading screen

In patch 0.2, I had a similar issue, but it disappeared after a minor hardware upgrade. Now, in patch 0.3, it's back. It takes about 5-10 minutes to load into a map from the game startup. Even reinstalling Windows didn't help. I hope GGG fixes this problem as soon as possible, but I have a feeling it won't be in this patch.

Now the game also crashes when I clear the second map, even though a couple of days ago I could play for unlimited time without any crashes.
I am also getting this issue now. Very long loading screens. When going to hideout it takes 5 mins. I hope GGG can do some debug logs or something so we can identify what is the slowest part of loading so we can compare with setups under 10 seconds to our time and have some clues. If i'm in a map and leave the game and come back in, the loading time is under a few seconds but going to my hideout or any new zone or main camp area in each act is approx 5 mins.

I may have to upgrade my CPU/Motherboard as its the only thing according to the research i've done that would be slowing my speeds down but that would a 600+ investment and without a guarantee for it to be fixed im hesitant. For now, ill stick with POE 1 & LE and keep trying new patches to see if it gets fixed.

48 gigs of ram
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060

Seagate FireCuda 520 SSD ZP1000GM30002

I have two other m2 drives but according to AI and its specs this is one is the best for poe2 to be installed on.

ive solved my problem with long loadings.
My specs was:
Ryzen 5 3500x
GTX 3060 TI
32gm RAM

Fist of all ive made all things what i found in internet: lowered graphics, cleared cash folders, making some adjustments in windows like much more shader cash and power saving.

After ive done all of this i switched to DX11 and loadings was very fast, about 5-10 sec, BUT 3060 TI was heating to max (about 82-83 C) and it was too noise so i cant stand it.

I switched to DX12 - temperature went down, ive got some little bit more FPS, BUT loadins screens was much higher. About 10-60 sec each.

The final solution was to upgrade CPU to ryzen 7 5700x...
Now my loading time at DX12 is about 5-10 second, and i have much less FPS drop during heavy fights.
Ryzen 5 3500x was only 6 cores and 6 threads, Ryzen 7 is 8 cores and 16 threads, so i think threads quantity matters...
