Stutter when using flask
If you have not yet figured this out, the issue is likely related to the new I/II weapon sets & the dynamic swap capability configured via the Skills menu. To see the allocation of a skill to a weapon set, open the Skills menu and find the "Used with weapon set I or II" setting at the bottom of the detailed skill stat sub-menu. i.e. hit the little triangle next to the DPS value of your skill.
In my particular case, I can only satisfy my chest armour strength requirement when using the weapons in my characters Weapon Set I. However, even when disabling the use of the skill with Weapon Set II the game stutters when using flasks. To temporarily fix my issue, I equipped a weapon with enough strength to satisfy the requirement in one of my Weapon Set II slots. More generally there seems to be an issue with attribute requirement checking & recalculation of character stats. I can get the game to stutter in the effected weapon swap setup by changing support skills in my gems. Last edited by Druwda#5934 on Dec 18, 2024, 10:05:09 PM

I can confirm i have the same problems that i get stutters when using flasks, tried to unequip my chest
Item Class: Body Armours Rarity: Rare Pandemonium Carapace Expert Sacrificial Mantle -------- Quality: +20% (augmented) Armour: 729 (augmented) Energy Shield: 250 (augmented) -------- Requirements: Level: 75 Str: 86 Int: 86 -------- Sockets: S S -------- Item Level: 82 -------- 40% increased Armour, Evasion and Energy Shield (rune) -------- +1% to all Maximum Elemental Resistances (implicit) -------- 108% increased Armour and Energy Shield +78 to maximum Life +60 to Spirit +23% to Chaos Resistance 12.4 Life Regeneration per second +92 to Stun Threshold It is also the Gloves i have with Armor and ES on them, when i removed the chest, most of the stutter disapeared, but it was still there, when i removed the gloves too it all disapeared, so there seems to be something with Strength gear Running a 7800x3d and a 4080s These are the stats, and the stutters disapear when i unquip it, but comes back when i put it on again :/ Last edited by Nadalleh#5531 on Dec 19, 2024, 5:51:59 PM

This happens if you are wearing a piece of gear than id dependent on its own, or another piece of gear's stats to wear. Remove your equipment one at a time. As in put it back in before removing the next.
If at any point your gear turns red, there's what you need to fix to stop the lag. I just moved some passive points to compensate and that fixed it for me. Still needs to be fixed. But this was driving me nuts. This 100% was the problem. |

Faced with the same problem. The bottom line is that when changing weapons, there should be enough stats for a set of dressed armor. I replaced the shield in the second set and the problem disappeared.
