poe 2 lost content and character

Hi i bought the path of exile 2 support pack 30$ to access the EA and i played as a witch which i really loved the game and its better the first one in my OP but i then planed on buying it on my PS5 in order if am at my Friend house, but when i linked my PSN it created 2 accounts under the same name but defferent # numbers, and when i logged in again in steam my Witch is gone, so i thought its a bug and i didnt mind it since i didnt reach that far but when i tried play a merc, i lost all of my stash content, the Currency stash, gems ect.. even i log in in the website i can see 2 accounts under the same name. i just want to merge my ps5 account with my old steam account thats it so please i need help, am an old player and i want to enjoy the game.

omg same thing happened to me, have you found a fix? i linked my psn account last night because i was thinking of buying it there as well and all of my characters are gone

I've just had the same thing happen to me!

You can switch between your 2 subaccounts in POE.com and In Game as well.

Tried that. No dice. Cant see where to switch on PS%

I don't play console so I can't even say where is the option to switch but one guy was saying that apparently the switch might not work for PS5:

Created characters on the other linked accounts and i was able to switch. Thanks for the lead!

That's great! glad you find a way.
That means the switch subaccounts show up only if you have at least 1 character on each subaccounts? Can help other people to fix this issue on PS5.
