PoE2: "Failed to connect to instance"

Bump, can't play - stuck in clearfell, cant enter the grelwood for about two weeks - created different chars, different leagues, different realms - nothing helps. Tried VPN, tried different IPS, different PC, some settings in CMD like flushdns\ipconfig stuff etc. - no result.
I just can not play the game I payed for...
