All MTX missing`

PC player same issue, not certain if it could be partially related that I purchased PC items and have my ps5 linked and bought the PS5 package as well. No MTX in either PC or PS5 version...should be seperate coins for each I believe?

I also have a linked PC, Steam, and XBOX accounts. Anyone else?

I encountered this problem too and - as it turns out - I'm just an idiot.
When I logged in, it wasn't on my main account but the account I merged to be a sub-account.

So the time levelling my witch was pretty wasted.

I think this is my problem too. But there seems to be a bug, because I didn't see the account selector the first time I logged in and it's not also visible on the character select screen.

Are cosmetics Bound to just that account even if they are merged? I bought mine on steam, and the account I'm using is the one i used on steam. Yet, It's possible an old account from xbox gets my cosmetics/points?

Edit: So I also checked the login screen and found at the top left corner in the character select menu, a drop down that had my old xbox account. That one get the cosmetics and points from my pre-order. That's rather crummy, lol. So Now, if i want to enjoy them, I have to re-roll a new character. At least I didn't too terribly far along.
