All MTX missing`

In POE2 I can't see any of my MTX. I only have 4 stash tabs and no cosmetics. It also says I don't have a points balance.

I own mtxs and have points available that should be accessible in game.

Same. I have tons of microtransactions, and the new twitch portals and chimera and lots of stash tabs. Everything shows up in Poe 1 but I have absolutely nothing in Poe 2.

I did not receive my coins or cosmetics for the $60 package

Same. Got a multitude of stash tabs to transfer over from PoE1 but not a single cosmetic or mtx is available. Kind of odd, as I thought the reason for the 3-week delay of EA was so that the mtx's would transfer.

Also bought the $100 pack on steam, obviously have game access but do not have my points nor the cosmetics that came along with it. Not game breaking, but definitely would like to make sure I'm getting the items I paid for as well.
