Same, can't play right now. Buffer underblow in Jungle Ruins

I've tried everything mentioned and a lot of other stuff - messing with settings, updating drivers, restarting PC etc. Nothing worked.

However, I created a new character, leveled it for a while, then tried again and now it works fine. I don't know whether it's relevant that I created a new character and leveled it - I did create it, play for a few minutes, try my main and that didn't work. Then I kept leveling and at level 9 I tried again and now it works.

So maybe you need to create a new character and level it, maybe you just need to wait an hour or so. Maybe what worked for me won't work for you.

I'm having the same issue, the game crashed while I was fighting Mighty Silverfist in the Jungle Ruins of Act 3 and gave an error "buffer underflow".

Now I am unable to log in on that character, any attempt and the game closes with the same error.

I've tried verifying files, reinstalling, creating a new character, and playing it until the first town, but nothing has worked and this is certainly a server-side issue.

update: only thing that worked for me was uninstalling and installing again
