The same issue here. I get purchase confirmations immediately, but never emails from POE for verification. I tried steam, ultimately I needed a verification email to link the account, great. Tried standalone installer, but then account is locked because it needs a new verification, great.

Been locked out of my account for the past 2 hours because I opened the game with my exitlag open, not receiving the email with the unlock code no matter how many times I've tried so far, tried manually emailing the support address i saw in another thread and nothing...Just wanna play the game man...pain

same and i emailed support hours ago. You need to disable the "locked due to new location" until this is sorted out so we can play at some point.
