Doesn't receive unlock email

Anyone recive email with that code ? or from support ?

I have no desire to play after such a setup, did I pay for this? What would such obvious and stupid errors not allow me to even enter the game? They can't send a banal code to the mail! Functionality that any first-year student from the IT department can set up! This is some kind of nonsense....
The first day of the PoE2 launch is spent in Diablo 3 for me.
