Same, no emails received
Not sure why we would need to verify/link steam account to here anyways if we got the key code from the poe website itself to use on steam lol you would think that key code would auto link/know which account you are playing from.....

I would think it can apply to anyone. Stuff happens.

Maybe my professional background makes me more tolerant to these kinds of things. You'd be surprised at how calm you can become after stepping into the shoes of customer service.

They can do constant updates even if its the same, for ex. e-mail is still catching up. They can do better to communicate.

Maybe my professional background dealing with correspondence between vendors, clients and subcontractors made my expectation of other people too high. You'd be surprised at how non communication and hours of no update can be jarring in my industry.
Been trying for over 8 hours now. Still no email. So much for spending my Friday enjoying the game. -_-
Same issue on PS5, tried both linking through QR, and through account management on the site. No email received. Not in spam either.

I am totally with you on this, 20+ years in a service role of many forms from frontlne all the way to network IT admin. My god I am glad that I am not still doing that. Although if GGG need a temporary hand to help them out, Id throw them a few hours. :)

The simplest issues are often the longest to fix for many reasons. I will sleep on it and hope it's working when I wake.
Just give me my fucking refund already
