Email Verification not received

Adding my voice to this.

I tried logging in using 2 different clients

- Steam - tried linking my account to it, confirmation email never came.
- standalone client - says "Your account has been locked because it was accessed from another location" and claims to have send another email to unlock it. Email never came.

is this what population control feels like

Also experiencing the same issue, trying to connect my MS account to my GGG account and nothing is arriving in my hotmail account.
