Email Verification not received

I cant connect Epic account

I got an email to link my PSN account to my POE account.

Now I just have to wait for an e-mail to link my Steam Account to my POE account.

Spent money on the key but it's been 9 hours and still no mail.
Great experience, a publisher worth looking forward to :)

No emails coming.

Is it because i'm using the native launcher rather than steam?
I played majority of PoE 1 through steam so is that the issue?
Because I definitely haven't been hacked or had my account accessed with a vpn lmao

I'm thinking it's a native launcher problem. I'm having the same issue and this my first time launching any PoE game ever.

Alright... Well i'm not the only one in the sinking boat then. That's a positive.

im having the same problem, i even claimed the game on epic games and when i try to put it on this site its invalid.

This exact same thing just happened to me.

My game froze and I had to hard-reset my PC. When I logged back in, my VPN auto-started (I had it turned off before).

When I tried to log in, I got the message that I need to verify my account.

Yet, I have no received and email with the code and now I cannot log in.

I tried clearing the app data, I tried turning off my VPN and resetting my PC and logging back in, and I've been refreshing my email and checking spam for a code.

Nothing. Ugh~~~

(P.S. I'm using the standalone client)

How long did it take for your email to arrive?

has there even been any acknowledgment from ggg that this is happening and they are trying to fix?

Still havent received mine either waiting and trying to get on for hours.. please help.
