so, all maxed out in POE1 60% utilization for GPU, in POE2 similar settings 99-100% GPU

Very strange was having no issues, but suddenly started having them.
Upgraded to a 5700x3d recently. It worked ok for at least 15 hours of gameplay so I'm not sure it's the chip. Before that I was on a 2700x and everything was running ok. My graphics card is 6700 XT. Both CPU and GPU go into the red when I'm clearing packs now. Wtf. |

I have this same problem. I have a 13900k 48G DDR5 ,3090TI and I get lots of freeses and crashes. I also have this same problem on my other machine. 12900k 32G DDR4 4070TI . Not as bad on my 4070 machine and I think it is due to it only has a refresh rate of 60hz.
