TOS Under Duress

Since Reddit deletes posts pretty much instantly so the snowflakes and shills don't get offended, I would like to ask the question here:

Has anyone of a legalese bent actually read through the TOS? It was so much greek to me but I saw a lot in there about how much data they mine off of us *AND* the fact they admit that they sell it to third parties.

And, unless you're in California, there is no OPT OUT.

so you're forced into it under duress which is extremely sus.
Patch Notes 3.15:
Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive.
Patch Notes 3.19:
Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment.

this is a joke right? you know sarcasm is against ToS right? if there is anything scammy about ToS is this line:

"All Posts must represent your genuine opinion of the matter in question;"
like this is entrapment of the worst kind. not even on the forum, game level but it can literally land you in prison these days.

Well if you'd be more precise on what's so bad about the ToS i'd gladly hear you out

I wonder why people think there's still full privacy
You're using Microsoft products - you're their product, and that's 1 example of a hundred
Note to self. Make my POE fishing posts more controversial so that people give it 15 pages of responses.

Ah yes that time chris wilson showed up at my house wielding a great sword and forced me to play POE will never be forgotten
You should probably look up what the word "Duress" actually means.

Also, just go back to reddit already sheesh.
Every company shares your data or shares + sells your data. GDPR doesn't protect your shared data. Better to just assume everything you do online is public-ish.
Bro your on camera 24/7 while out in public and your worried GGG is collecting your PC's spec information lmao?

It’s okay. As far as I’m concerned in this fictional game my stories and information posted are artistic works of fiction and falsehood. Only a fool would take anything I posted here or in game as fact.
