Action rpg will play witch and his firend's but most streamers will play warior, mercanary, monks, classes with big health pools to learn the game and their bosses.

" Out of all the terrible choices to pick from he sure is the worst option to watch or even suggest to someone who doesn't want to make own decisions, but merely wants something to copy&paste for the easy no thoughts head empty mode. Some reputable PoE exclusive streamer have at least a clue about the things they are doing in some way. But you can't really say much the same about someone just skip jumping from one game to another to get the cash ad train rollin. Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun. Its a new game, what i can say from poe1 alpha.... make your own mistakes and learn how things work before u get into "streamer Builds". We had a lot "trash lure builds" and u wont know wich one is ok for you or working without "THAT single Stat". Its only early acces, this is the time to explore and try ... not the time to race and get rich. Dont forget a lot streamer get massive "gifts" from there viewer to do creazy things. Thats my view from a long term player, feel free to follow streamer builds.
