how does it spoils any content for you if somone gets to play it faster for 1 week? what? is somone forcing you to go on youtube and look at all the new stuff? you know you can just ignore all the spoils and play the game right?

If you play in an online game with an online economy you have to do researches to keep up because everyone else will and if you don't you put yourself in a disadvantage. If you want to be good at the game relative to others and you ignore any info you only do yourself a disservice.

How many times did you start playing a league in poe1 and you picked a new skill which turned out to be a gigantic failure and you had to reroll a new class? Several days of progress lost? Had you known it was going to be bad like many of the people did know who plays before release and ignored it you would have saved a tons of wasted time.

Mate, this isn't the early 2000s. It's so easy to get something spoiled. I had the Jon Snow rebirth spoiled for me back then, in a random comment on an imgur post that wasn't even about GoT.

Exactly, my understanding is GGG wanted us to discover on launch and a leak site like this further ruins this.
