3700 coins + multiply supporter packs (one was 2000 alone) no POE2 key?

The main problem is basically this (considering I spent more than 480$, and see this message)

that I do have for example in my account, I do understand that they implemented that as an easy access for people to get a key, but yes it creates the idea that something may be wrong, like I did spend more than enough to get the EA key, still got that, so gotta wait, either way I will get the Kiwi pet so whatever, but it may make people nervous specially with all the expectation the announcement created

They may include in that sentence if you spent bla bla bla, please wait as we are sorting those out, but whatever, anyway, everything will be sorted out on the 6th i believe

As people have said, keys haven't gone out yet.
I didn't see the message about this until after I already paid in for a key but eh, I'm gonna upgrade my pack anyway and now I have a key for a friend

they're probably waiting till the last minute to drive up that FOMO, cause that certainly worked on me xD bought the 240 pack even though i should have free access

People refuse to read. I've seen probably around 20 threads with the same question, and "help" forum section looks even worse. I feel sorry for their tech support lol

It is misleading, that's right, but why is no one looking through the forum or FAQ... everyone is creating new threads with the same question.
I was also shocked, but it took me 1 minute to look for an answer.

It is both interesting and concerning how so many people can throw 480$+ at a game, yet doing one or two minutes of research is too much to ask for.

Yo, I emailed support. I am a dummy face. Didn't realize keys were not sent out yet. Thought my money wasn't good. See you all in poe2. 10 days and our lives change. Fact <3

I wonder why isn't this automatic. Two weeks for what exactly?
