Same here, I emailed GGG before realising from this thread that a delay of several hours is common and nothing to worry about. Sorry for inconveniencing the GGG admin who has to deal with my email - really appreciate the awesome work and community support from you guys and looking forward to the EA release!!

Bought through Epic when it was announced, nearly 2 days later still no coins, sent a ticket and was told to login through Epic to see if it would be fixed, it didn't. No response from support since then.

" Exactly the same here. Even the support response was the same. Radio silence since then. Don't bother contacting Epic...they will tell you to turn it off and on again (their launcher) and stop responding after that. |

After about 16 hours I received my items in PoE 1 and I understand that I will be able to access PoE 2 early access now...
