Does Conc. Effect work on Lightning Arrow?

My desire to know how the issue is progressing is a perfectly valid one, and since it contains all the relevant information I would argue this thread is the perfect place to flag for an update. There's necroposting irrelevant and out of date info, and there's necroposting totally valid threads. |

" If by LS you mean Lightning Arrow then no, LA never had an AOE in the first place. It just damage the 3 closest target to your main target. They are just going to make that clear. | |
