Armageddon brand/brand recall/summon trigger bots
This is sounding more and more like network latency from what you just described. I've seen it with streamers where they lag on in-game and desync, so you're standing different from where the enemy is, thus "missing" causing no damage. I specifically remember cause they were using BV too and it was only once they caught up to standing next to the enemy (1-5 seconds), then they started to take damage. And with Armageddon being a very melee-centric spell like BV, if you're too far from the enemy you may be missing as well until you catch up. And depending on what attack skills you tested with (guessing Flicker from your Warden), that may not have as bad of a desync issue since you you just hold and it aims for you.
In terms of troubleshooting latency issues.. that's a fun one. Reboot PC/Router/Modem, other servers, other latency modes, drivers, WinMTR, and more. |

Well with BV that was years ago and things have changed a lot since then. But idk my was ping was fine at the time I don't remember exactly what it was but it wasn't over 50. This is possible I guess that it could have been dysync. Even more so since I couldn't replicate it.

Yeah flicker was fine, and so is power siphon. Though tbh those 2 are pretty much the same. But in my opinion I think that if there was a bug it had something to do with The dark seer. Bc I did switch it out for shimmron. And besides causing a lot more damage it seemed to fix it, but I also didn't test to much and even when I hadn't changed anything it still couldnt be replicated. But if there was dysync with relatively low ping then there was something causing it.

Despite that I still don't it was case of dysync it wasn't like it would go from not getting hit to being hit it was more like each cast had a chance to miss. Also something like 95 percent of monsters would just get 1 shot it only seemed to happen with unique monsters only time I couldn't 1 shot. I know did say magic and rare but thought back on it and I don't remember any rares or magic or normals being an issue

It's also worth mentioning that time was not a factor, unlike my BV example. They just simply were refusing to take the hit 100 percent of the time.

Basically it would hit them miss then hit them miss 2 in row then hit. If it was dysync then it was happening for a very short (then less 1.4 sec) and would happen only when I would cast brand recall. Which really doesn't sound like dysync at all.

I also watched it miss close to 10 casts in a row.

And I was using summon triggers so I didn't need to be melee range. There is one more factor that will prevent it more hitting and that is terrain. However that was not the cause in most of cases I had when it was still causing an issue.
Either way I scraped the build bc it simply wasn't what I wanted to do. |
