It's still happening in 3.26, reproduced just now on Aug 11th, 2025.

Admiral Valerius still bugged 66% and no water maze. I have been tanking him for 45 minutes and no change.

This is still bugged. I was afk the first 2/3 of the fight on the top door, and now the admiral wont release the second water thingie, he is just immune to all damage, like half phased.. Why wont they fix this?
