Warden lingering tincture effect being removed on life flask use

The lingering tincture effect provided by Warden's Enduring Suffusion are being removed on life flask use.
Other utility flask usage does not seem to affect it.
To reproduce activate a tincture, wait for the mana burn - in my case I have the mastery which disables the tincures automatically on 12 stacks.
Then the lingering effect starts.
When I use a life flask - the lingering effect disappears even tho it had sevaral seconds remaining on the timer.

Also tested with Blood of the Karui, same problem.
And tested with only 1 tincture, seems to have the same issue.

Clip here - the character sheet also showed that the effects disappear as the damage is lower after life flask usage while the effects are lingering.
