Kicked for "performing actions too fast" while walking

Constantly getting "kicked for performing too many actions too fast" while trying to walk from zone to another.
No addons running, tried different servers. Can't exit act 1 prison because reaching Brutus takes too long. Last bumped on Aug 15, 2024, 12:17:30 PM

Likewise. About every 5 minutes. I'm playing RF. I'm literally not performing actions....

I'm having the same thing. It keeps happening right before brutus I then have to run all the way back and then it kicks me in the same spot again
