Muting players 24/7 in chat does not make a fun experience.

Just saying. Like these CM's mute for anything at all. Why is GGG paying someone to literally sit there and mute people 24/7? The things I have been muted for are "PRAISE" "F" "GG" among other of the stupidest thing's.

0% chance you get muted for GG or F. This has to be a lie. Someone not telling the entire story. Praise might be temp muted if it has been a part of toucan spam and in all caps.
