Bump. It seems all the lvl 30 bases are missing
|

" All of the lvl 30 bases were made legacy in 3.23 (see https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3451455#itembalance), since they were just low tier versions of the lvl 50 and 70 bases, and only had use when Heist was the active challenge league available in the campaign. Oscillating Sceptres were kept in because their implicit is unique as opposed to a lower tier value. |
