Necropolis craft: Experimented Weapon cannot create Oscillating Sceptre

If you bury the 'Creates an Experimented Weapon' corpse in the morgue, it is currently impossible to select the 'Oscillating Sceptre' base type.

I hope this isn't intended, there is nothing in the UI that would suggest this base would not be available and I currently have quite a few expensive corpses buried that would like to become an Oscillating Sceptre...
