What's the better alternative? It has to go somewhere and it has to be somewhat end-game.

" I think (non-uber) Maven should provide it. Technically she provides you all three devices to augment your map device to track Eater and Exarch plus let her witness your battles. She seems the most knowledgeable about your map device than anyone else, so it makes sense to me that she would have the means of upgrading its capacity.
