Mapfishing / Seer and go is destroying the league at this moment

dont mind map fishing but atlas tree passives should NOT effect div drop gains.
tis force people spect one atlas build only in league.

good job GGG... last league we all had access to wisps if our builds could farm the t16 wiped maps...
this league no one can afford to play this league except the top 5%.
- frogs and rats 1Div a piece because why not.
- who can sustain map fishing? top 5%
