Sudden Game Stutter/Disconnects And CPU MS Lag Spikes/FPS Drop Every Couple Of Minutes!

I'm probably going to try the complex CPU fix but does anybody have any other suggestions, the game was working fine last year, then in 2024, it became unplayable for me probably because of a recent patch. Please watch the video I posted to see whats going on.

This is the same problem I have except my game stutters for more than half a second and the CPU ms spikes into the thousands, the game is unplayable. There is a fix on a forum but it's complicated and I'm unsure if it would work, I'm still hoping for another solution. The problem comes and goes constantly and it's frustrating, the fix on the forum is too complicated attempt.

So I probably spent more than 1 thousand dollars on supporter packs and cosmetics to support this game, now I'm unable to play Path of Exile anymore because of this problem and it hasn't been resolved because it can't be fixed on my end. The recent patch has caused this stutter, I'm unable to play the freaking game because of the constant CPU ms spike and stutter, watch the video for more information. Does anybody have any solutions, I can't find one, and GGG is clueless about what their update did that caused some compatibility problems with certain CPUs.
The game isn't playable for me anymore, Is anybody else still having my issue and found a fix? I think the only option is buying a new PC for this game.
It scares me that GGG completely ignores this problem, which has been going on for several leagues in a row, I do not know any more games where it would be necessary to carry out such manipulations with the CPU to make the game work stably. What will happen in poe 2 is scary to imagine

Crazy how OP is staying so calm when he is getting literally zero responses from the people in charge here. I'd have lost my marbles by now.

Don't expect a response, buddy. Many have tried and failed, leaving frustrated. I'm currently in a state of....don't even know how to call it, but basically any post I make that's not massively positive towards the game or its developers is in danger of being deleted by GGG.

Anyway... Do NOT try the c-state fix incase that's the guide you're talking about. You should not have to reduce the lifespan of your computer or randomly turn it into a firepit to make the game (maybe!)playable. That's entirely on the developers, who are very much aware of these issues which for me have started ever since the particle update went live pre-TOTA league last year.

Just know that they do read stuff, hence why my posts tend to get deleted and I'm being put on probation. I know that's not much, but atleast they know about the issue even tho nothing has been done to fix it..seemingly. Honestly quite sad to see that someone like OP, who invested so much money into this game isn't getting any response from technical support...if that's even a thing. Maybe GGG should consider giving this forum section a different name so people don't get it twisted.

That said, terribly sorry if this post has anything "overly negative" in it incase it is sent into the void....

I recently started having this issue. Game is unplayable, unless I just stand in town watching everyone else play. Latency shoots up every 1-2 seconds. disconnects often, especially when changing area. I could see if POE2 was out, and think, "they are just trying to get us to play POE2". Although, that's something Blizz would do.
Just none of it seems to be an issue with our internet or computers. I have a hard time believing nearly every person suddenly has a cpu, memory, latency, or any kind of issue with their own pc suddenly. Maybe 1 or 2 out of the bunch but just wait for next league. You aren't going to fix it, problem not you. In my mind they just don't have the resources to run it nice with so few players playing there isn't a reason.
The recent graphic patch was nice and improved this problem a bit, but it's still there, after about 10 minutes or a few hours the game starts to slow down and stutter my whole laptop and the red CPU bar shoots up, and so does the latency. The game is still unplayable for me, I probably need a new PC with new parts. This is the only game where I have this problem with my 2k$+ laptop.

Has anybody found a solid fix for this yet?
