The Archives missing crafting bench

The Archives is an area in Act 3 that has a hidden passage to the recipe room.

I just checked and I didn't have the recipe. So I went to the Archives in Act 3.
I completely cleared it and walked around multiple times and couldn't fine the Candle entrance. After that I made a new instance in that I found the candle.

So either the Candle doesn't show up every time by default or there is something fishy going on.

Managed to find it this time through. Not sure if it's supposed to always be present and it missing is a bug or it is random whether or not the candle is there.

The candle doesn´t get highlighted like the first one. You realy have to look for an interactable candle on the wall.

At the time of posting I did it seconds ago.

I thought people were trolling, but it's indeed there. Archives, Refinery and Caverns all have secret rooms for their crafting recipe.
