The Archives missing crafting bench

The crafting bench recipe for Life and Mana Regeneration (Rank 1) seems to be missing from The Archives. According to the crafting bench it should be there. Ran through a few times during and after the campaign and I have not encountered it.

In the Archives, there is a candle on one of the walls. Click on it to open a stairs leadings to a small room with the recipe in it.

Still bugged it seems.
Did Archives twice, even did the quest, bench isn't there. |

It's 2 candles, 1 candle in library to get into archives, then 2nd candle in archives to get into tiny room that only contains the crafting recipe.

Bingo and there it is; 1nd candle inside the Archive on one of the back walls

still bugged here on 325... run now 3 times both maps of archives didnt find em
