Yes, the build will shockstack trash instantly.
I also recommend elemental proliferation on a 6 link if you play much in partys.
Youll shock stack the whole screen in less than one second.
This means youll have 120% MORE damage on everything.
When Trash is around bosses, you will even shock stack them.
Your clear speed will go up significant.

Im really interested in your observations changes to your build after the patch.
Static blows IMHO is not worth taking anymore due to the patch changes. Since we get a full rest on skills. for all basic survivability reasons i am interested in sticking to 1 handed weapon + shield route for my char. The patch notes an increase in physical damage passives but no changes to the existing skills.

Would anyone recommend this build for the new Onslaught League ?

What is your Take on Infernal Blow + Mele splash.

Bad.

I love these "tank" builds, that don't use Kaom's heart. Kind of funny.

btw ,this is my first char that reached lvl80 and above. i didnt expect ,that even on lvl 80 ,my char gets that much stronger with every point in the passivtree. i like this build and the defensiv-abilities.
