Permanent Wildwood Rucksack For All

It doesn't need to specifically be Affliction Mechanic, Primalist's Rucksack, but...

Suggestion:
It would be cool if there was some way for all characters going forward to acquire an expanded inventory, like the Wildwood Rucksack.

I've been playing Primalist all this League like I imagine some very large amount of other players are, the charms are great but one thing that I am coming to appreciate more and more is the rucksack, the additional inventory space.

Visually it is separated from the rest of the inventory space which draws the eye and helps with a line of segregation that can be really useful as a little space for all your 'daily needs' i.e. scrolls, swap out gems, swap out flasks even (corrupted blood) etc etc.

Items even get placed in there seemingly last which means that it is absolutely perfectly designed for use in this way. It helps so, so much that I think that every single player should be afforded the chance to use it forever for the rest of time.

I felt similar about the 'rare detector' in the other tree, that passive is incredibly valuable for a variety of reasons, but that one unlike this is probably more difficult to balance and place on the passive tree or whatever.

I would suggest it shouldn't be locked to subbing into an ascendancy tree or whatever, I think everyone should just have an extra so many slots of inventory space. It just would be nice to have. Literally just make it the standard going forward or something. The quality-of-life nature of the rucksack is absurd and I will be shattered if it just vanishes into the aether, into dust, when Affliction League cycles out.

They should offer it as paid mtx to give people a reason to get artificially entitled and triggered hoho
Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.
+1. Make it an Act 2, Dread Thicket side quest.

I like the idea of earning little features like this as part of quest progression but I think you have to let people play a substantial chunk of the game without it. Firstly so that they’ve had time to develop an appreciation of the benefit, and second so it feels justified existing as an “add-on”. This being a separate little window tacked onto the inventory, if you’re giving it to people so early, it may as well just be baked in as larger inventory grid to begin with.

I’d say Part 2 at the earliest, white maps at the latest (but if it was in maps I’d probably want to see it as part of a wider set of upgrades tied to atlas regions or the like).

Someone suggested in Reddit it be a tiered droppable item, like 'small, medium, large'. Smallest you get in acts, and largest you likely get in maps, but they are not necessarily guaranteed, and are possibly character bound drops. Each character would have to get their own, and there is no shortcutting it. As a permanency drop it would contribute to that character progression feeling.

I also want the rare/unique monster radar too.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

MFers found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on them. I am not so foolish.
