why havent they fixed sirus??
I have two primary issues with this fight:
1. Is black paint cheap where you come from GG? Dark does not equally atmospheric or gritty, it's just lazy design. Those with high end computers that can run graphics at max resolution likely see this fight differently. But those of us with older rigs and sub 4k monitors in a bright room just see black against black against a few wisps of dark red. If you're not going to test things on lower settings and make it workable, at least give me a frickin brightness adjuster in the game like almost any other product released since 1985. 2. Hit box registration does not align with the graphics. This is possibly also compounded by the fact the storms do move slightly, but it's poorly executed design particularly in a game that isn't always great with precision movement. Of course, the storms screwing up access to the boss arena is also bad design. There's times when it's not too bad, but there's definitely times that it totally borks the fight. It's just unnecessary game-fuckery with the result that players feel cheated, like getting one shot from 2 screens away with no opportunity to react. The whole thing is just a glaring example of GG having lost control of their game years ago and having to design cheesy things to kill players that can other wise regen in a fraction of a second. It runs neck and neck with worst designed boss alongside Maven. |
