Because it's unnecessary. Need a leveling boost? There's tons of good leveling uniques you can equip from level 1, especially if you have the cash:

- String of Servitude
- Goldrim
- Seven League Steps
- Tabula or Skin of the Loyal
- +1 caster wands
- Hollow Palm
list goes on...

Right, why is there a level requirement on any item? Let's abandon game balance and gear progression entirely because we... dislike the campaign? Yikes.

dont forget Darkness Enthroned, probably the most powerful leveling unique in the game right now. Almost infinitely upgradeable while you level with rerolling abyss jewels and offering ANY stat you need or oodles of flat damage.

I would RATHER use Darkness than Mageblood probably for the ENTIRE campaign, until MAYBE lvl 64/65 when juiced flasks become available. It is FAR more powerful and customizable. Even a level 1 abyss jewel x 2 with life/es, a stat, an elemental damage, and a resist would yield : almost 100 flat life and/or es, 40ish of 1 or 2 stats, 45+% of two resists, and a flat elemental damage roll equal to a t3 or t2 roll.......at level 1. Want more damage? You can DOUBLE the damage roll. Want more speed, you can get nearly 20% movement speed right at level 1 on the belt. Etc.

bro what you gonna do with MB at level 1? quicksilver is the lowest lvl flask and that is lvl 4

lvl 44 is already so low, you can literally equip it before hitting any of the res penalties from the campaign.

Also, good luck going through the campaign with only 1 flask slot open for life/mana flasks.

This is just another of those type of posts where the OP didn't take 2 mins to think before typing it out

I mean....you only need 2 flask slots and not for that long. MB would still be useful with 3 flasks. And you never need more than 1 hp or mp during the campaign. For most builds, once you get mana leech (within the first 20 levels usually) you don't need a mana potion unless you are pretty new.
