(Due to demand) My Hardcore Cold Snap Witch

Anyone have any updates on this build?

I'm currently level 73 and using this build but it completely falls apart vs single target rares that you can't tank if they have any type of cold resistance, leech life(they heal from skeletons), or regen life. Cold resist champions are tough as well and can leave you low on Flasks and I'm currently using 2x Mana Flask and 1x Hybrid Flask.

Nothing else is a problem and entire screens get obliterated, but these types of rares(Leech, Regen, Resist Cold) can almost completely put a stop to any progression in a map/farming area. Leech or Regen on a Blackguard soldier, Zombie, Skeleton mage, anything that resists cold = GG.

Has anyone found a solution to this? While zombies and skeleton mages are manageable by taking 5+ minutes to killm anything fast enough to catch you is a painful experience.

Dualwield Void Battery to drop Voll's, do you think that'd be viable? (Have to drop Voll's since without a high ES Chest or Shield, you'd be too squishy)

you wouldn't be able to regenerate power charges fast enough, I'd say just stick to 1 void battery. 2 could be alright but only if you have extreme levels of crit chance + multiplier to keep the mobs frozen and/or killed before they can get to you (which with 9 power charges shouldn't be a problem lol)

I respecced a level 63 arc+shocknova totem witch(the stormcaller build on exilepro) to dual totem sporker and it's amazing to see that my coldsnapper more than keeps up with dual totem sporker... EXCEPT FOR ONE LITTLE PROBLEM. Cold Resist mobs, specifically fast cold resist mobs with regen or leech. How do you guys deal with this?

I have a 5l Volls with Cold Snap, Ele Proliferation, Crit Strikes, Crit Damage, AoE. I also have a Rimes Gaze with Crit Strikes, Crit Damage, and Added Lightning.

Since the author of the topic isnt answering questions, would u mind if i ask u wich side of the passive tree u gone first? the left side or the right side

I went to the templar side first, grabbed the health nodes over there, skipped grabbing power charges till later as I was leveling with Lesser Multiple Projectiles + Freeze Pulse, then went over to the shadow. I started picking up bonus power charges when I started getting decent crit chance.

So you were playing with as a Freeze Pulser..
What lvl were you when u switched to Cold Snap?

I don't remember at what level I switched from using Freeze Pulse and started using Cold Snap. It was whenever I felt I had enough crit chance to maintain power charges.
