Aside from the OP flying off the handle in a rage (not a helpful approach) the issue raised is a reasonable one and is demonstrative of the type of simple QoL improvement that should be regularly rolled out across the game.
GG is no longer a small independent studio and the game is no longer only a year or two into development. Those that have professed a position of "doesn't impact me, it shouldn't change" just come across as luddites. I understand that many people don't play standard, which merely begs the question of why some people have such as strong opinion against a player improvement. As an example, if the interior door handle of my car doesn't work and the manufacturer just recommends I wind down the window and use the handle on the outside, sure that works, but is it acceptable? For user convenience it's better that both handles work and it really doesn't seem unreasonable as the user to expect that simple level of usability. |
