Diablo 2 (2000) had identify all. Titan Quest (2006) had area loot.

There is no good reason to not have these kinds of features in a modern arpg. Seriously, i get GGG is obsessed with friction but this is ridiculous. No company, game studio or otherwise, should intentionally withhold QoL and ease of use feature for the singular reason of "friction" and not wanting the game to be too "easy". Its absurd, it causes RSI in your customers, it causes burnout, it creates resentment and mistrust. If you think PoE doesnt need these kinds of features because its a "hardcore game made by hardcore devs" you need to get over yourself. Hire 1 person that understands what ergonomics means if you have to.

Diablo 3 is best example of frictionless "game".
Biggest compliments for my crafted items - "bs, they must have been RMT'ed"

This has nothing to do with d3, stop being such an extremist. ID-ing shitty rares is annoying in poe, especially if you have to check the 80 fractured rares an archnemesis mob just dropped. A simple ID all button on an NPC in hideout would be a positive thing to add.
Increasing base difficulty would be a positive thing to do, to make the game harder as it used to be.

Go play hc ssf ruthless lol, 99% of the playerbase shouldn't have to suffer just because YOU find the game "too easy". So no, you are wrong. That change would be objectively bad for the game and would make it worse.
I want to play core mode and I want it to be as difficult as it was over 6y ago. What is wrong with asking for it? It will make PoE great and difficult again.

The game isn't some jank indie game anymore, it will never be like it was. And why even bother playing standard thats so boring. Wait for poe 2 if you want "difficulty". Or go play hardcore, why don't you do that if you want the game to be harder huh? SSF and HC are right there, ruthless too. You can click all 3 of those checkmarks when making a char if you want more difficulty.
Ofc it can be as hard again, and yes, I will give my feedback without waiting for what PoE 2 might or might not be.
I want core mode to be difficult again as it used to be. I like playing economy. I'm not interested in losing my character if servers go unstable again, so please stop advertising HC or SSF as they neither are core mode or they lack economy.

Oh but they do exist in standard. So let's see here: You're playing standard softcore, the easiest most default-mode of the game. Yet you complain about "not enough difficulty" and want the game experience to be made worse for everyone else just so you can have some kind of fake semblance of "difficulty"? That's your own fault. That's like playing a singleplayer game on easy mode and complaining that its too easy. Well yes, it is. I see no point in continuing to argue with you, you're just gonna repeat your selfish reasons for wanting "difficulty" anyway.
They are not core modes. I am asking for GGG to make core mode as it used to be - difficult. There is no extra philosophy to it.
