CANNOT Play the Game - Failed To Decompress (Corrupted Data)

I am getting stacks of this error overlapping sometimes. I have a high end PC and nothing else was giving me issues, but I found something that was interesting that I thought I would share.

Hopefully GGG sees these posts and can at least respond.

I had this crash, then decided to verify files, reinstalled the game, etc. It came back with a vengeance. I now have this crash occur repeatedly on loading into anything. I then decided to take a break from it and do some mindless shootin' in some Call of Duty. I loaded, and it crashed, very peculiar. I verified files and it found 68 corrupted. I then went into my dxdiag error file and found that 2 things were prominent.

nvcontainer and...
pathofexile.exe

I believe the POE error was remnants of Path still exiting or something, but I thought I would still mention it.

I shut off nvcontainer by exiting out of geforce experience in the taskbar. CoD loaded, found the files in game this time, and restarted and redownloaded. I was in game playing within a few minutes. No issues, running like butter.

Loaded up Path of Exile, and for some reason the geforce experience started back up and the overlay was back on.

Case in point, I think it is the most recent drivers, and although I haven't gone and rolled anything back. But I think this is the problem here.

A bump a day keeps the bugs away, but not this time.

Please help.
I have found some weird information that may help with this..

So when I start my game, I enter town with other players, and whenever I try to go to my hideout, I will crash usually with the " Failed To Decompress (Corrupted Data)" error either entering the game in the loading screen, or trying to teleport into my hideout in the loading screen.

Well if I turn off the multi-threading in the graphics settings of PoE, I can play and not crash to my hideout.

fyi - Without multithreading the game looks TERRRIBLE - I played for a
few weeks with it off.

BUT I turned Multi-thread back ON in my hideout, and I have not crashed, I will only crash sometimes going to other players hideouts for trades.
