Thank you everyone for your time. I could wait for the next league in case the passive skill tree resets, but if skill refunding still doesn't work then there is no use to wait for that. There is also the issue with the lost chaos orbs which would have funded my starting gear for mapping. Therefore,i think it makes sense to just start fresh with a new character.
