Raise Spectre of Gluttony

-basically the same gem as before except it can only have one raised spectre

-the summon limit for raise spectre now is converted to a stacking buff that when you raise another copy of that same monster it will count as +1 to your summoned spectres and add those stats in part to your single raised spectre increasing its overall HP/damage/attack speed/etc as well as its size.

-again same as before except once you reach your maximum summon limit all of your spectres merge together into an amalgamation of the various monsters that made up your pool of raised spectres randomly choosing various aspects from those spectres to result in a a spectre with abilitys and statistics that can not be simply obtained on demand rather must be obtained through experimentation and a bit of luck.

Increases and Reductions to Light Radius also apply to Area of Effect at 50% of their value
Increases and Reductions to Light Radius also apply to Damage
% increased Light Radius
Light Radius is based on Energy Shield instead of Life
blind does not affect your light radius

Skill has reduced damage. Skill no longer has cooldown.

Scorching Ray of Disintegration

viper strike of precision

no base poison duration modifier

on critical hit, double your poison duration and gain 50% crit multi as dot multi

quality increases crit multi as dot %

this is separate from perfect agony so people can choose to take perfect agony on top of this.
