It feels to me like the Trialmaster knows as well, because his voice lines keep getting more despondant. His last one "This is no longer amusing" after I uselessly completed yet another pointless, poor returns 10-round run could not be more true: I got sick of Ultimatum a long, long time ago but now I feel like I have to keep doing it because otherwise the time will feel even more of a waste. If I die and fail after finally getting him to spawn I'm going to go berserk.
I just don't understand why they keep making "challenges" that are a test of patience, it just feels disrespectful of my time. |

like 2/3rds of the challenges are a test of patience guys at least if you feel completing mindless criteria is pretty irrelevant :p

I don't see why so many of the rewards are so trash. I'd rather go for 1 alt per round than the crappy corrupted rares. Catalysts could stand to be a bit more common, too. It's not like 1% quality is all that amazing, it takes too long to gather the requisite catalysts especially since nothing else is worthwhile.

120 scarabas used, more than 150 trys (obviously not at all successful) and I haven't meet this boss yet HOLY MOLLY

ran over 100+ trials and not yet found the trial master..what a joke of a challenge..

ran over 200+ maps with boss nodes... havent found him yet...
Would like to get GGG to explain how mechanic work on spawning the boss. Do you need to complete +100 ultimatum with out dieing to get better chance ? Do it help if is a hign rolled quantity/rarity map ? If you fail a ultimatum trial do it reset and you need to do +100 more again ? Is it just like a lottery... you cant really do anything to improve your chance? The boss node dont seem to do alot... Cybertroth

I farmed ultimatum all league, all points except the one that blocks trial-master
I saw him once The encounter rate needs to be 3000x more common because it is extremely likely that a person will not see the trial-master in 8 months of constant ultimatum farming. Like I want trialmaster to be like a 1 in 15 event. |
